Background Information

Oral and Maxillofacial surgery requires four additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training after graduation from dental school.  As an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Crinzi manages a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions.  Dr. Crinzi's practices a broad scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from wisdom tooth removal to dental implant surgery.  This also includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort.  We can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries, and fractures. Dr. Crinzi has dedicated himself to caring and compassionate service with consistent follow up.  Our professionally trained staff is here to serve you Monday through Friday with coverage and follow up provided 24 hours a day.  All of us at Dr. Crinzi's office want you to be completely satisfied with the care you receive.   Compassionate, personal attention, as well as good communication is the key to the quality treatment and health care we provide.  Our staff is trained in assisting with Intravenous (IV) anesthesia or outpatient general anesthesia in our AAAHC certified setting.
 

Surgical Staff

The surgical staff at Richard A. Crinzi, DDS, MS, PS are experienced, certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants, who assist in administration of IV sedation, outpatient general anesthesia, and surgery in our state of the art AAAHC accredited facility. We also have a trained registered nurse (RN) to assist in surgery. All administrative personnel are well-versed in health and insurance policies.
 
AAAHC Accreditation
 
Dr. Crinzi has been awarded accreditation as an Ambulatory Health Care Facility.  AAAHC (Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care) is a national association which requires extremely high standards in order to fulfill its certification process.  Accreditation is a voluntary process through which a health care practice is able to measure the quality of its services and performance against nationally recognized standards.  The value this brings to patients and referring doctors includes the highest quality and safety of care, treatment and services, improved risk management and risk reduction, organized and strengthened patient safety effort. Additionally, the certification requirements include extended education on good practices to improve business operations and enhanced staff education from professionals who provide advice and counsel on safety standards.  Dr. Crinzi and his entire team take pride in achieving this 3 year re-certified status of our facility.  We look forward to serving your oral health needs
