Outpatient General Anesthesia

Dr. Crinzi and his trained staff provide the full service of outpatient anesthesia to assist our patients and provide for patient comfort and safety.  “Team” anesthesia services are provided in an AAAHC certified facility.  Surgery can be performed using 1) local injections or local anesthesia with nitrous oxide.  Outpatient pre-medications as an adjunct may also be used. 2) More frequently, intravenous anesthesia or semi-sleep is used.  In addition, 3) general anesthesia or complete sleep, also given intravenously and can be used where applicable.  Dr. Crinzi also utilizes the services of outpatient general anesthesia when necessary. A separate anesthesiologist is utilized for selected cases and situations.  Anesthesia options for patient comfort and safety will be discussed at your consultation.

If appropriate, we use the services of Dr. Russell Paravecchio. We are proud to have established a professional partnership with Anesthesiology for Outpatients, PC (AFO), and one of the most experienced provider of outpatient anesthesia in the State of Washington.  AFO has provided safe and reliable anesthetics to thousands of patient, mostly children. Dr. Paravecchio is an American Heart Association Certified Instructor of both Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support and holds Fellowship and national office in his professional society.  Dr. Paravecchio is board certified in both medical and dental anesthesiology. The AFO business office will assist our patients so they can successfully obtain the maximum benefit you deserve and give you the best information possible concerning your co-pay portion when applicable.
